The room's proximity to Earl's Court Station simplifies travel across the city. Despite a few quirks, the heritage charm of the building provides a unique character that adds to the overall experience.
Just to get to the room, you navigate some seriously creaky stairs, and the lack of an elevator is a pain if you're lugging heavy baggage. The room itself? A bit of a mess—peeling paint, scuffed walls, and grimy carpets. I even found broken glass outside the window, leading to a less-than-soothing atmosphere. The shower had issues, with poor water sealing, creating puddles all over the bathroom floor. And if you prefer a good breakfast, don't count on that here. the options are limited and not very appealing.

The location is a real highlight. Very close to Earls Court tube station, made getting around London a breeze. The room felt cozy and clean. Hot water in the shower was reliable after long days out. Staff members were friendly and responsive, making check-in easy. the common areas could use some attention. The carpets looked worn and dirty, really distracting when you first walk in. Some maintenance needed, like fixing squeaky stairs. Breakfast was basic and crowded. Limited seating meant I felt rushed. I think a few more tables would help a lot. For a budget hotel, it served its purpose, but with a little investment, it could be so much better.
